This establishment is wonderful. I was previously very concerned to use a supervised centre. However Lucy and the team at Penguin have really thought through everything part of why I am comfortable with this current arrangement is my child’s love of it and the service they provide it is evident how beneficial it is. Its evident Lucy is switched on and I know my child is safe but he also just adores it. When Im briefing him about what’s to come he loves to tell me about toys and fun that is had at Lucy’s house. Would recommend to anyone who is struggling with this situation to give this a go.

I wasn’t sure what to expect but Lucy really listened to my concerns. Family breakdown is so hard and stressful but Penguin has all the resources to make family visits fun. It was great that the boys could play soccer in the playground. It is also easy to get to and Broadwater Parklands is right across the road.

I was very anxious about the thought of using a contact centre due to a very difficult relationship break down. Lucy was really empathetic to this and I think having gone through similar herself really helped her understand my needs. During my discovery call and intake interview we got chatting about some concerns I had about my sons development. Lucy had some great tips and tricks from her teaching experience that helped make home life easier and she helped ensure both parents were consistent with this approach. I really appreciated her support.
