Meet Lucy

Centre Director

Lucy has made helping “grow” little people her life. She has spent over 26 years as a registered teacher, and the last 15 years owning and operating high quality Early Education and Outside School Hours Care Centres across Queensland.

With 4 little boys born close together, Lucy found herself in the throes of relationship breakdown and all the difficulties that entails. Combine this with children who have additional needs and you have a whole bunch of crazy! She also knows how important it is for children to have a relationship with their parents where possible. Lucy understands that parents who come to Penguin want their children to be happy, healthy, safe and having fun.

Lucy has a passion for helping parents be the best parents they can be for their children, regardless of the circumstances and she has supported thousands of families over the years. After all, our children are worth it.
